India captain Virat Kohli's attempt at finding a silver lining was enough indication of how badly he wants to move on from their World Cup exit. There's been a lot going on behind the scenes in Indian cricket in the aftermath of that game, not least the hunt for a new coach. But, for now, it's time to train the lens back on the field - something Kohli won't complain about - as India take on West Indies, kickstarting their tour with a three-match T20I series.
Over the next few days, experimentation would be the norm for India with the World T20 in sight. There's still over a year before the T20 format's marquee event kickstarts in October, 2020, but it's never too early to start the preparations, isn't it?
