Yes, the World Cup Kabaddi will be held at Malacca, Malaysia, from July 20 to 28. Coincidentally, the World Cup takes off on the same date the Pro Kabaddi League is slated to start in India.

I don't know why they have to fix the dates as this, but may be thinking that India need to send only one team for World cup which they can select from all the remaining local teams!!.?

The seventh season of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL 2019) will begin on July 20 when Telugu Titans takes on season 2 champion U Mumba at Hyderabad's Gachibowli Stadium. Defending champion Bengaluru Bulls will take on three-time winner Patna Pirates in the second contest of the opening day.

If the opposition has six or more players on the mat, then the bonus line (the second line in the opponent’s half) becomes active. In such a case, if the foot of the raider lands over bonus line without cutting it, then the raiding team will receive a bonus (+1) point even if the raider is successfully tackled during the raid.
